GLOBAFA Conference 2025 - Budapest

The inaugural Global Banking and Finance Association (GLOBAFA) Conference was successfully held on May 30–31, 2025. The conference was jointly organized with the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES) and hosted by Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest, Hungary. It was conducted in a hybrid format, featuring both in-person sessions at Mathias Corvinus Collegium and online participation.
We were delighted to receive a large number of submissions from all around the globe. While we regret that we were unable to accommodate all submissions, the final program included 94 papers presented by participants from 43 countries. The program featured paper presentations, a keynote session, a seminar on academic publishing, and a paper development workshop. We, GLOBAFA, extend our sincere thanks to all participants, invited speakers, and editors for their contribution to the conference.
