Established in 2024, the Global Banking and Finance Association (GLOBAFA) is a scholarly association dedicated to fostering the discussion and dissemination of cutting-edge research in the field of banking and finance. Through our annual conferences and workshops, GLOBAFA provides a platform for scholars and professionals worldwide to exchange their research and gain valuable insights into both theoretical and empirical developments. Furthermore, GLOBAFA is dedicated to supporting the professional development and interests of researchers, particularly those at the beginning of their careers. Our paper development workshop is a key initiative, tailored specifically for early-stage scholars who will play a crucial role in advancing the field of banking and finance. This workshop provides a unique opportunity for these emerging researchers to gain invaluable feedback from distinguished experts, enhancing their research capabilities and preparing them for future contributions to the discipline.
